Introduction to the zKtube protocol
Introduce
In the previous article, I outlined the problem, solution, and related information about the zKtube protocol proving scalability, transaction processing for the ETH network. zkTube’s solution will enhance scalability with the unique idea of batching transferrin transactions into a single transaction. These transactions are streamed on the ethereum blockchain but part of the work chain is delivered for completion offline, making it as secure as ethereum. This is an issue you need to keep in mind to better understand the information I will bring to you in this article. zKtube is a project to look forward to in the near future so I will give you important information about it. Introducing zkTube Solution
zkTube is a zkRollup technology product that is designed and developed on layer2 protocol. By design, zkTube will introduce into ethereum a Visa-level throughput where several thousands of transactions are settled per second, while ensuring the safety of funds as if they are in layer1 protocol and maintaining their level of resistance to censorship.
Common points
Both zkTube and zksync are designed based on zkrollup proposal, which aim to Zk Rollup technology was put forward by Barry Whitehat on Github as the [Rollup] concept in an attempt to expand the Ethereum with [SNARK]. Later, Vitalik improved and supplemented this proposal, and then released on Twitter. During this period, all kinds of teams around the world also made different attempts on the rollup technology, and various rollups technologies, such as Optimistic Rollup and zkrollup, were developed.
All protocols built based on zkrollup are facing three core problems as below:
- Long time consumption problem of zero-knowledge proof
- Compression processing problem of zero-knowledge proof
- Support general contractual problems
Functions of the zkTube Protocol
- It supports moving from the first tier of Ethereum to the second and also from the second to the first tier. Users can receive coins without creating a wallet.
- Support transfer to Ethereum address or Ethereum contract address (contract address supports L2zkTube protocol).
- For second layer transfers or withdrawals to first layer accounts, a temporary processing fee is supported by Ethereum for payment. After the mainnet is launched, only the zkt native token of the zkTube protocol is supported for payments.
- The zkTube protocol supports all swaps in the ETH ecosystem at both tier 1 and tier 2.
- The zkTube protocol supports fiat purchases directly to a first- or second-tier account.
- The zkTube protocol supports selling legal tender currency directly to a tier one account or a second tier account.
- Both primary and secondary accounts support linking with NFT applications.
- Polkadot cross-chain protocol support.
- Solidity language support for developing smart contracts.
Future vision
In the long term, the zkTube Protocol supports a wide range of applications built on ERC721 and Web 3.0, as well as providing a wallet as an entry point to enterprise-scale decentralized scenarios. This concentration and friendly development environment will enable more developers and users to use the zkTube protocol for research, thus enriching the zkTube ecosystem. Other than launching the mainnet very shortly, the zkTube Labs team will also launch PayTube Wallet, the first decentralized super wallet developed under the zkTube protocol. The wallet allows users to conduct transactions and transfers of ERC20 tokens, providing efficient, smooth, low-cost user service and quality experience. Superior characteristics: the first phase has already achieved TPS 3000+, and the transfer fee is in US cents only, but the security level is the same as the Ethereum mainnet.

Although just launched, zKtube not only receives the attention of users, but it also attracts combined with many other solutions to become better. Communities in many countries number in the tens of thousands of members. With a huge user base like ETH today, zKtube’s problem is simply to provide a good solution and a lot of people want to join. Testnet zkTube was launched on April 27, so far, the system has been working normally. Meanwhile, the technical team is also constantly optimizing various data and functions, solving problems during testing, and constantly updating the version to improve stability and performance. other system capacity.
